SunVilla Home Patio Furniture Warranty

We have spent countless years learning what it takes to produce the highest quality patio furniture in the world. Our years of experience in both craftsmanship and material sourcing have allotted us the knowledge to know what to expect from our outdoor furniture. 

With this knowledge and our superior materials, SunVilla Home is proud to offer a true industry-leading limited warranty to our customers. The following warranty durations are granted to the original owners residing at the original delivery address against defects in materials or workmanship:

• Aluminum frame and legs: 10 years
• Circa® Wicker: 5 years
• Ecobello® covers: 10 years 

For the purposes of these warranties, defects are defined as causing the product(s) to be mechanically or structurally unsound or sub-standard variations in appearance. 

Ecobello fabric cushion covers are warrantied against becoming unserviceable due to a loss of weather resistance strength from normal use and exposure conditions; including UV sunlight and chemicals found in the atmosphere. This warranty does not cover tears, shrinkage, piling, or any other damage caused by improper use. 

Any modifications, alterations, or changes to the frame by the customer; use of chemical solutions, or improper cleaning will void the warranty. 

To ensure the longevity and comfort of all SunVilla Home's patio sets, each cushion is made from high-density foam. While your initial use may feel firm, with normal and continued use, the seat cushions will soften; do not confuse normal flattening and softening that occurs in all foam products with loss of resiliency. The cushions are warrantied against defects and extreme loss of foam resiliency under normal use. 

At our discretion, SunVilla Home will repair, or replace any part, or the entire product if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship. Should a repair be necessary, photographs and proof of the defect are required. Please contact our Concierge Team promptly after receiving a product that a defect or problem is evident. 

This warranty does not cover:

• Any use other than residential
• Failure caused by improper or lack of care and maintenance
• Damage due to the misuse or improper assembly/disassembly 
• Use of chemical or other improper cleaning products, sun-tan lotions, or oils
• Mold or mildew
• Damage from vandalism, pets, or rodents
• Normal softening, flattening, or compression of seat and back cushions
• Acts of nature (ice, snow, flooding, fire, etc.)
• Damage caused by heat or flame exposure
• Splintering, bursting or cracking to due water exposure or extreme temperatures

We have taken great pride in designing and building our products to stand up to harsh environments coast to coast. Our experience in the outdoor furniture industry and best-in-class customer communication have allowed us to outline these warranties with confidence that our future customers should rarely experience any defects. Proper care and maintenance of your patio furniture are required to ensure the longevity of your furniture. It is a fact that mold and mildew thrive in damp, outdoor areas. We've made all of our products to be easily cleaned with mild soap and water; quick and simple routine cleanings will prevent the build-up of dirt, mold, or mildew from forming on the fabric. Custom-Fit furniture covers are intended to be used when furniture is not in use and stored in a dry place during the off-season. Additional care is required if the furniture is placed by an indoor pool, or near saltwater.
